Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - This designations’ training is geared to allow real estate professionals to specifically service the unique needs of seniors in Kitsap County.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - A designation earned by less than 3% of the agents nationally.

Certified Real Estate Broker- (CRB) - This title is achieved only after completing a rigorous, comprehensive training series and have proven management experience. In other words, not just anyone an display the CRB designation after their name. It is reserved for only the most dedicated, conscientious and highly skilled brokers.

Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) - A coveted designation that teaches skills to effectively function in residential real estate — obtained through extensive classroom training and teaching.
